same thing just happened to me. i purchased a player and it took my coins and i said i won the player. he's no in my transfer targets and when i bought a pack and something else off the transfer market he still didn't show up. also i tried leaving ultimate team and going back into it and they player still hasn't showed up.

If you check their twitter many people have been having the same problem :/ I guess just wait it out. FIFA has had many problems lately, about 2 weeks ago I bought a purple Joe Hart and sent him to my transfer pile but he disappeared and I lost my coins, he still hasn't appeared :/
