Please tell me if there is anything I can do to fix this problem? I opened it up so I could re solder New HDMI ports as the old ones were worn out. Please help if you know what I could do to fix it. Thanks!

You obviously did something for this to happen
Id suggest taking it to a shop and ask them about this or just call Microsoft and ask them

could start by taking it apart and seeing if you plugged the ribbon cable into the power button board at the front properly and also have a look to see if there's any damage to it if not put it back together try it again if it still not working try replacing that board that's how I fixed a syncing problem on the 360 and should be same on xbox one

I checked it, and the ribbon cable wasn't plugged all the way in, its good now!
