Which TOTY year should i buy or other squad improvements?

Played 69 games with this team and it's just fun, Doumbia scoring 102 goals.

I have 160K to spend and i am looking for TOTY's like:

Bonucci
Buffon or
Marchisio

Who should i buy or do you have other improvements?

Thanks for the tip, if i buy bonucci i have enough to buy buffon as well so that's a + for me but my midfield is a little bit 'standard' with vidal
