Upgraded the build a bit, this will be near silent and will allow for good overclocks (which I assume you will be doing hence Z97 and a K CPU)

Define S, as I said in your last thread. Don't pay for your OS, huge waste of money. You're paying $10 more for RAM than you need to, and it's ugly as shit. Not sure why you want that Gigabyte 970, it's not even the G1. The Zotac 970 is $15 less and will perform just as well. I also think it looks nicer.
