The fastest way would probably be ding jobs but you could get a hacker to level you up.

Legit way- Do jobs and grind them.
Or you can find a modder that will give you lots and lots of rp and cash but high chance of ban.

Try Pot Shot or Rooftop Rumble or something if you need someone to grind missions with message me on Xbox if your talking about 360 and i will do missions with you if you would like GT:Mexicans are GG

TIP ALOT OF PEOPLE DONT BELIVE ME BUT do simple missions like gassed up, all in the game, but when you do them take 15-20 minutes to do them. The longer the better, there is a difference if Youcomplete all in the game in 3 minutes you get like 5k do it in 20 you get like 19k


SO DO THE MISSION BUT DONT DELIVER THE COCAINE, just drive around and enjoy no wanted levels
