Upgrade your inventory in Davons Watch. As you go in the merchant is on your right hand side. Loot bag goes to 70 slots. All you do is go round in houses! Steal as many items out of dressers, wardrobes as you possibly can. Some sell for around 100 gold an item. To sell them go back to Davons watch. And go to the back of the mages hide out and you will see DAVONS WATCH OUTLAWS REFUGE. In there is a woman called Orrude. She is a fence. She is to the far right hand side. You can make your stolen items no longer stolen and usable. Or you can sell them. You decide. But for me it's the easiest way of getting gold. Try only steal things worth over 15 gold. And you could earn just over 5k an hour if you do it right.
Yes this is a copy and paste of my own way of getting gold. I posted it on a recent topic. But this was works 100%. Only steal items worth over 15 gold. Minimum for a full loot bag is just around 1k. It's not a lot. But it's quick. Item values vary. But the best ones are in the chests, wardrobes, dressers sometimes ever in barrels.

Feel free. Only go for chests, dressers, wardrobes and barrels. Some loot are valued at 100 gold if sold to the outlaws refuge.

And if your going for weapons/shields. Go to your inventory and make sure it's actually got a value. Sometimes there worth 0 gold. So either destroy them or deconstruct them. So far I've been doing this for about 2 hours and I'm just short of 10k gold. If this helps you...please comment a new reply.

I've only just got ESO and I'm level 4. Does this have any requirements? I presume lockpicks? Just wondering, cheers.

No requirements needed. Just don't get cought stealing. ESO is alright I suppose but only gains a little XP boost.

It's easy to do. I'm on 8k and I've just bought all steel armour.
