It is for sure per xbox account, because it is the DLC share thing MS do.

I just went on and couldn't find what you were on about.


I'm pretty sure it was on 7s because I was just reading a thread on there on why the HOW TO guide got deleted and apparently a high rated member had requested it to be kept premium, goto the second page on the fifa forum on 7s and youll see it
