If it works then I will +rep but I only have 1 to give
I don't mind if you +REP or not or how much you give, just want to help you out. But yea this will work, its what i found that seem to work for others that had this problem, it was on another site.
Tried this and sadly it still does not work.

I am running the 12.0.1 version of iTunes x64 bit, Find My iPhone and Passcode lock are off and airplane mode is on/wifi is off. It goes to 20% and the program keeps restarting my device.

I did, I uninstalled every thing from Apple on my computer, I installed 12.0.1 and then restarted. I ran as administrator and I still have the same problem. Is it because I installed iOS 8.3 OTA instead of on iTunes?

Could be a possible cause for the problem. Try do it with iTunes.

I fixed it, I just checked the 3k Assistant box. All the articles I read that instructed how to install the jailbreak said to uncheck it, but one article said that checking it might fix it, so I did and it actually worked. Thanks for your help.
