Xbox one call of duty ghosts, I was in a game earlier and someone was running around and someone threw a motion sensor down and when I died it took me to the home page ?? Someone help

Did a error message show up? I don't think the developers would let something this simple slip by but maybe you stumbled across a rare glitch. Might be failed script when they changed the game's platform.

Did this happen more than once or just once... If it was just once then you sir are just posting for no reason. The game crashed. Simple as that.

If it was more than once then this is an issue you should look into.
