As of now you have to be a Preview Program member to get access to the backwards compatability feature and its a small list atm while there still adding games. If your getting it mostly for backwards compatibility I would wait till its released to the public for a bigger list. Gears of War is suppose to be coming according to TTGs News section and CoD I haven't seen but many are asking for it.

Yeah only getting it for backwards compatibility, gow 1,2, cod4 waw mw2 bo1 & 2 and halo 3!
Can't wait to get to play these games again with actual online servers with no hackers

Well no guarantee there won't be modders because you are still playing with people from xbox 360, and the 360 has mods and such.

This is true since Xbox Ones compatability works as it emulates the 360 using software think of it like your having an xbox 360 inside of your Xbox One

I suppose but what I would give to play all the classics again, can't wait!
