In my area, the police are rather nice, and much more lenient than those in your area.

The only experience I've had with police is:
My friend and I were skateboarding behind a grocery store and a cop drove by and politely told us to leave, but he shook our hands and talked to us for a bit,
But was overall nice about it.

Sorry to hear that the cops are so crazy
And best of luck

Iv been out on my pit bike with a few of the lads before when cops saw us.
They were chilled asf!
They asked how big my engine was so I said '150cc' and they just kept going on about how cool the bikes were an how there should be a nearby track we can go on.

When they went they said 'push them until you can't see our car and then you can get riding! Be safe and if you get caught we'll get you out of trouble don't worry'

So yeah you can say there chilled haha

The ones in my town are douche bags they will pull you over for no reason, like one time I got pulled over and he said my tag light was out and so I got out of my truck and went and looked at it and it was on the cop then gave me back my license and said have a nice day

I have only been pulled over once by a unmarked BM (I knew they were police by the way they were following me), they didn't even mention my loud exhaust. They were saying that they saw me driving on pavements, they had CCTV of it on a little tablet.

I kept cool and said it wasn't me, luckily they didn't catch my number plate. I was let free with no charges. (Don't tell them it was me *5paperbag5* )

But yeah... they were okay. Not very pressurizing.

I live in a small town in west texas and my dad is the "sheriff" or head of police if you wanna call it.
He lets people literally do whatever they want as long as its not too bad.

cops in my area are pretty cool and laid back unless you actually do something wrong/bad.

I've never been pulled over in the 2 years I've been driving. Though I've had a few run ins with cops for drugs but they were nice and let me off.

The police in my old area (herefordshire) Where pretty nice. But now I am living in south wales. So I have yet to test how they react to a loud exhaust. But i'm guessing they will be fine with it as there are many boy racers with fart cans around here and they don't seem to bother with them.

Where I live in Ireland they are really chilled out, there could be someone getting beat up in the town and it would take them ages to arrive.
