Hello,
So I'm asking to see if anyone here is in the fire service, knows of anything to do with fire marshalling, or just knows about smoke detectors in general.
My fire alarm in my kitchen just went off which set the other one off in the hallway just after it. I pressed the button on the one in the hall to finally stop it and it did stop them from continuing to beep. However about 10 minutes after they went off one beeped twice, and the other beeped twice, the beeps aren't long at all just short beeps.
Anyone know what would have caused them both to go off and then bleep 10 minutes later?
There was no smoke or gases present when they went off, nothing was burning, there was no aroma of gas at all in the house.
Cheers in advance!

Some gases don't have a scent, so you might be dying and you don't even know :p

It could also be something as simple as the batteries in it are nearly dead
