If I get killed by a NPC werewolf or AI or whatever they're called, anyway they're not one of us players in Cyrodil do I get infected? or do I need to be in the spawn locations they're found in the rift and other places?

Those AIs do not count. I have tried with no luck, I got bitten last Saturday in The Rift Ebonheart pact zone.

the next full moon is next wednesday and have to be in a certain location depending on your alliance you get a scratch then you have to do a few quests for lycans- NOTE - ids uggest being about lvl 37 + or get a freind to help
