Tbh, 4/10. Add more things to the background, and maybe change the font.

i think its really nice i was in a computer class to do shadows and make letters look like that is hard work if you did it the way we did so i say about 9/10

That looks good, simple and clean. The only thing I would change is the font or at least get it bold, only because it is hard to read the letters in the picture IMO. 8/10
