I currently have my iPhone 6 on contract with EE and now that the 8.3 Jailbreak has been released I want to jailbreak my device, but is it safe? Thank you.

It is completely safe to jailbreak your phone on contract.

What if it breaks? Will they accept it back jailbroken?

If it were to break all you need to do is restore the phone and it will remove the jailbreak. If you're talking about the phone not being able to turn on, they wouldn't be able to see if its jailbroken or not.
