Is there a way to fix the lag for battlefield 4 on the Xbox one? I've played it on the 360 and I have no lag but when I go on the Xbox one, I can't even play because of the lag. Any help would be appreciated

I would like to ask is that, is your connection "Open"? "Strict"? This would be a huge factor. Xbox one is a bit more sensitive on this part.
You can find out by going to settings > network and it should say "Status: Open or strict" something on the lines of that.
