Hi guys it would be very grateful if someone could tell me what to do, I have been bitten by my friend who is a vampire but no quest has shown up? Ebonheart btw

GO back to the shrine where he bit you. There should be a scroll on the shrine to start it. Atleast for xbox one there was.
