Stuck between 2 monitors, I want 1ms response, vibrant colors, 144hz.

I want the best bang for my buck!

Also, Should i just wait until a big sale goes on where i can grab one for cheap? And how often would monitors like these get big sales?

Neither. They're both over-priced TN panels.

With the nature of monitors, 1ms response time is a marketing ploy as all monitors have 5-7ms of screen delay due to how they are made.
as for suggestions, what is the most you are willing to spend?
