Dude seriously ..,You are offering way to much money for a bite !.
What you should do is head to the last open map for your faction (where the npc lvl is 40) and look for Hircines monolith (A big standing stone with a tiny shrine at the bottom of it.
If it's anything like it is for the Aldmeri Dominion there will be lots of people and werewolves hanging around it.
Talk in chat but only offer 5k for a bite and watch out for scammers.

I am sorry to hear that mate..
My advice is ,If you are indeed going to offer such a large amount of gold for a bite only pay 5k up front.
At least this way if you do get scammed it's only for 5k.
