Can someone please give me an explanation on if .338 rounds are useful and if not please explain in new to battlefield hardline and don't wanna waste the money

The .338 rounds basically just increase the range on whatever sniper rife you are using as well as increase the damage done to vehicles. It only takes about 3 or 4 shots on a light vehicle to disable it with the .338 round. In my opinion, they aren't really worth it unless you are trying to snipe vehicles or you just have a drap ton of money to waste.

Yeah not worth it unless you have a spare 100K lying about
