I may be wrong, but from what I know I think lnly one person can get the game off his account, (Please correct me if wrong)

Only one person can get you're games. And I learned this later on, if you try to have someone else game share off of you whoever originally got it off of you loses access to play those games. What me and my friend do is that we like the same games so we each buy one and we share it, that way we don't miss out on games and we don't have to spend a ton of money when all the good games come out in september-november.

If you want a game your friend has bought digitally you must download their account and set your xbox as their home console then let him do the same to your account and boom. any digital game can be played by both

Not true you can set the home option up to 3 times in the space of 6 months (might be longer not 100% on that). However all you have to do is contact support and they will reset it for you without any problems.

I did this yesterday because I had already shared with 3 friends and another friend wanted to share my Fifa 16 pre order for his Black Ops 3 & Fallout 4 pre order.
