I have just passed my driving test iam looking to buy my first car in the range from £1500/£2000 will low millage and 1.2litre any ideas?

Honda's are cheap, easy to maintain, easy to fix and generally have good fuel economy. My first car was an Acura Integra (people like to call that a more expensive Honda) and it was a great first car. Great fuel economy, easy to learn how to fix like I stated above.

UK though, have to take into account that a Honda will be in a high insurance group so be stupidly expensive to insure.

I started with a 206, 1.2 litre diesel, great car and great fuel economy.

I feel bad for you guys in the UK. Insurance is such a bitch and you have to drive 2 litre and under. I may complain that its 200 a month for an 08 mustang for me, but shit atleast I can still get a 2004 or less!

you complain about $200 a month on an 08 mustang, i'm looking at a 1.3 MK2 golf and afirst month will cost me $797 and then $390 each month after that... *cries*
