Need help restoring my PC

I built my pc and i do not have a disc tray. i am trying to restore it to the beginning but there is no option for me to do so. there is no option like restore to factory settings. i need help guys

Well you can make a USB for reset or buy one.
Also you'll need to go to the reset page.

To create a bootable USB for Windows
1. Open CMD with your Windows search bar.
2. Type 'diskpart' and say yes to the message.
3. Type 'List disk' followed by 'select disk (the USB you're using, 2 or 3 and make sure not to do this to your Windows disk)
4. Type 'clean' and then 'create part pri'
5. Type 'Select part 1' and then type 'format fs=ntfs quick'
6. Once formatted you need to type 'active' and then 'exit'
7. You're done, just move the Windows files onto the USB with Windows explorer
