i thought snipers were 1 shot 1 kill?
...anything from the torso up...
limbs obviously dont count...just learn to aim at the right places...
my Fall Intervention with Stopping Power and FMJ always does the trick no complaints here

Making the sniper rifle a 1 hit kill weapon is fine to me.

As long as they balance it by adding some more aim down sight time on it.
