Is there a bulb? Is it good? Is it plugged in?

Now that we have the obvious that I would have imagined you checked before you make this post, do you have an owners manual? I don't know how these cars work, but my headlight switch has 4 positions, one for off, another for fog lights, another for headlights, then pull it out to have fog and headlights on.

Pretty sure that is where the OEM fog log bulb is located but if your car was not equipped with it from the factory it would just be there for show. Does it light up on the drivers side but not the passenger and if so it is likely a bulb or fuse.
