So I'm hoping to sell my old PC and put the money towards buying a new one. I'm on a tight budget so I was wondering what the cheapest way to get Windows 8 on the new build would be.

Thanks in advance!

But I don't get how to do it on a fresh new build, I know how to do it on a pc with an operating system already.

Burn an ISO to a disc(or any bootable device such as USB), boot from the disc. Done.
