This monitor has basically everything that i want for my gaming needs, Just want to know if there are any downsides to it. The main details that concern me are the response time and 144hz, Those are the reason i am buying. Friends tell me there is a massive difference between 60hz and 144hz as far as twitch shooters go so i thought i'd buy one and try it out, This is the best deal i have found to date with solid reviews and specs. I don't mind it being a TN panel as those tend to be the most responsive, the colors also do not bother me.

Should i grab this up?

Will your hardware make us of the 144Hz?
1MS is a marketing ploy as TN/LED/IPS panels all have about 5-7ms of input lag regardless
also no IPS
