What is your budget and currency? £1000 GBP
Do you need a monitor?Yes if it's the tower.
Do you need a keyboard?No
Do you need a mouse?No
Do you need an operating system?Not too important
What will you use the PC for? Mainly gaming, DayZ, Arc, GTA, preferably running high settings. I can spend a little more if needed

£1k on the dot. Don't hate me 'cause you ain't me. Stock cooler will be fine for now, but ugly af. I'd recommend saving for a nicer, better cooler to add to the rig later. Something like this will do nicely;

How well would it be able to run the more demanding games at full settings?

At 1080p, it'll max everything but I included a 1440p panel within your budget. You won't quite be able to play the more demanding games completely maxed out but you will be able to play at high settings with good FPS. You have SLI support and enough PSU head room so you can add another 970 in the future if you need/want to. If you don't care about aesthetics, you could get the same performance for £50 less if you wanted, and still have SLI support but I'm assuming you want a decent looking rig if you're spending a grand on it.

I will be completely honest, I know pretty much nothing about building computers, so I'd just stick with what you put, thank you for helping me
