defiantly a new gpu. idk your budget so ill list some
$170- R9 280 plays most new games 1080p high settings
$200-GTX 960 Slightly better performance then s280
$250- R9 280x Plays basically all games 1080p most max setting
$330- R9 290 or GTX 970- Both play max settings 1080p as well as some 1440p
AMD gpus usually run lower on newegg so the best bang for the buck is r9 290
Amazon Prices*
Get a fx- 8350 cpu since you have an AMD mobo.

Adding to the reply above... If you are going to upgrade your CPU, you should keep in mind the motherboard socket. That would determine if a CPU would even fit in the motherboard socket. Nice computer by the way!

Can't help without a budget and currency. Also going to need to know why exactly you're needing an upgrade?

Budget: Not really thinking of a certain amount...would like to keep it as cheap as possible, maybe under 350?
Currency: US $
I don't need to upgrade at this time but I would like to know what would be the most useful for when I do eventually try to upgrade the components.

Well, it'll be an improvement but whether it's worth it, is entirely up to you.
