There are sites like unblock us that will help you out with that, just sign up for the free week trial (all you need to do is enter an email) and there are some guides to setting up US Netflix on PS4.

I use it to get Canadian or UK Netflix on my Xbox One. <-- UK Netflix has some great war films that are not on US Netflix.
