I can't remember the name of this film but I can give hints , firstly it's about a group of guys that are around 20 and the lead actor is I think Leonardo dicaprio I don't know tho but basically there is another family and the older brother owes him money but this older brother is a physco and the guy who he owes money to takes his little brother hostage but let's him hang around with all of the dealers friends and then at the end he gets his best mate to kill the little brother and then the physco gets arrested and then the lead character goes on the run and is in Cuba or Argentina or somewhere like that and he is walking with a suit on and loads of police come out of nowhere and arrest him and it is based on a true story . I hope someone can guess as I'm not very good at explaining films like this hahaha lol , thanks
