Just over a day personally. I was trying to fix my sleep schedule but I ended up not being tired anymore and staying up a bit later then I should have. When I did go to sleep I slept for a bit too long and woke up the next morning, early morning. (1 a.m or so)

I once woke up at 10 am went for a sleepover at 8 to my mates and one of my other mates smelled like shit and i couldnt sleep next day went to sleep at 12 .

So like 38 hours :p

I personally find it hard to stay awake past 9pm, unless I am going out with girlfriend/family, then ill happily stay up till 1/2am. However if im just chilling in my room, not really doing anything, then im out cold by that time haha. Struggled SO hard to stay up for the Mayweather v Pacquiao, which was at about 5am my time.
