The motherboard supports XFire so you can add another 380 in at some point, but it'll be a pretty tight fit with that PSU. You might have to upgrade PSU if you decide to add a 2nd GPU. Even another $15 right now though, will get you a PSU that will be more than enough for another 380, so it's definitely worth spending an extra $15 if possible, IMO.
