Right I had an update on my Xbox one and I did ask for an invite on the forums yesterday . How do I know I have the " preview program "

You'll receive a message from Xbox Live to your account with a code. You redeem the code and it allows you do download the dash preview app, which in turn gives you access to give feedback & what not if you feel necessary.

You can also go into the preview dashboard app and it will either say pending or enrolled
