First off let me just state again this is just a theory.

When I first saw it what popped in my head was a type of wunderfizz machine from Origins but instead of perks it is power-ups e haven't seen yet obviously. So how I think it will work is like the random supply drops in exo-zombies except you buy the gumball and then you use it whenever you want by pressing on the d-pad just like exo-zombies. Obviosly this is pretty basic theory this isjust what I thought of though let me know what you guy think below.
