R9 285 is the better card, so I would get that
just has a few updated features and performs a bit better in most games.

Would the i3 4130 bottleneck the R9 285? IF so how much will it affect me in games.

more than likely not
you may see about 2-5fps lower than an i5 but yeah.. nothing to worry about.

Thats good to know im not playing big titles as you know, the biggest will be GtA 5 but no other games like that.
