I need it to read discs (games dvds windows ect) i dont know if you can burn discs on these aswell but that would be good. Max 25gbp
I am going to buy the nzxt s340 or define s so i still need a drive.
Also need a psu that can suppost this build with plenty room to play(sli)

Yes but which optical drive to get and sorry but id rather get a gold efficency psu.

Gold rated PSU and you can easily add a 2nd 390 at any point. 390>970 anyway, ever so slightly. 970s are still good but I'd definitely recommend getting a 390 over a 970 at this point.
As for an optical drive, check PCWorld, any of these should do fine though;
