I got my beta code straight away, but I still can't cancel the order?

Wait a couple hours or a day or so then look back at this menu on the picture below. Instead of it saying cancelled, it will say "Cancel" in a purple font.

Pre-order confirmation emails are having a delay due to the website probably being under heavy-user load. The Beta Codes are also being slower. One person got their's in 12 hours

Beta Codes are getting sent out slower than usual, it's taking anywhere from instant to 12 hours so far.

It's okay mate, as long as it says cancelled on the actual website you should be set to go. They're probably under heavy load which means delayed emails. Wait a day and if you're that concerned give them a ring or go into their live support.
