Do they only work on the Xbox 360? Can I transfer it to my Xbox one? I've been playing on the Xbox one for a long time now and I'm a level 105 and I went back to my Xbox 360 and the character on the 360 is like a level 90 so all my Xbox one progress I'm guessing doesn't transfer back. So if I were to join in on these money drop lobby's, how would it transfer to the Xbox one?

You should be able to transfer, if you link up to Social Club. I transferred from 36- to PC. Got everything back..

You can only transfer once. I don't think their is any way you.can get more cash. Ask someone in the stickies above they will help you out. Nothing is free though.
