For my RGH I have GTA 5 installed with the Purge v2 mod menu. How do I host a recovery lobby for my self? Would I need to put my RGH online or is there another way (like Call of Duty system link). Will +REP or something if somebody tells me.

You need to be online to do any mod, well that requires you to be online. There is no system link for gta so that's out.
