Motherboard for the Z97 Pro Motherboard
Get 2x8 Ram sticks
Get the GTX 970 or 980
Looks good as it is though really.

Depends on what you want to do on it.

try and get a R9 390 or a GTX 970 over the 960.
change the case to a CM N200
then you're golden
