Maybe I'm making the wrong assumption about you but in the case that I'm not I wanted this to be said.

Drink lots of water its really really good for your metabolism, dont eat lots of junk food, dont drink beer. Stuff like that im sure if you google it you will get a better response.

Depends on your metabolism. If you have a slow one it will take much more hard work to achieve your goal

Why are you wanting to lose BF? you look like a bag of bones as it is..

Eating 600/800 calories a day won't achieve anything anytime soon at your current weight.

If your goal is to look like an anorexic 14 year old girl then eat a little more, cut sugar and fats and just hit cardio.

Damn 800 is low as hell! Going down that low for a long time can cause damage to your body. I suggest you just hit the weights really hard after you do some cardio. And stick to something like 1200 calories a day. Get your protein shake in as well before you hit them weights! I have followed this and seen really good results.
Also, hit the gym 4-5 days a week if you got the time and you are actually trying to get loss body fat percentage.

i've been going 5 times a week since i've started.. i used to do 2 hours of carido and no weights, i've recently started lifting weights:)

I'm not a big fan of food.

would you recommend adding 100 calories each week? the thing i'm worried about is gaining weight. i don't wanna get back to where i was :/
