I Recommend the 980Ti Since you have an i7 it would run quite smooth with it and you should expect better results.

Ok, and if I were to get a 980ti. Is there places where you can sell an old graphics card? because it will be no use to me at all

Add another 970 if you wish, or upgrade to a single 980Ti. Both will give similar performance. If you can sell your current 970 for $300+, then you could do that and buy a 980Ti for the same amount that you'd have been spending on a 2nd 970 so you wouldn't really be any more out of pocket. It's always better to have a single faster card, rather than 2 slower cards but 970s are still fairly fast cards.
TL;DR-Add another 970 or sell your current 970 and pick up a 980Ti. Entirely up to you. Both will give similar performance.

And to answer the question of where to sell. Ebay would be the easiest and quickest way.
2nd stick on gumtree of craigslist
3rd go to some kind of exchange shop to sell it. You wont get alot though.
