Next week, me and three other friends are going down there (I live in Exeter if you're wondering) and one of my friends is turning 18 next week, seeing as the rest of us are already 18, we're going down there to get absolutely spangled. Now, here's the real question, what is the best place(s) to get drunk? apparently The Lounge is good. Thanks to anyone who helps.
