As far as I'm aware there's been no comments on behalf of EA with regards to price ranges. My guess is that there will be some sort of price range system. Given that they want to halt the buying coins issue taking price ranges away would be counterintuitive.

Hopefully they figure something out. Maybe they'll bring back transfer options

Most defiantly will be. How is it a bad thing? Players will be fun to get you actually have to work towards them and there cheaper..

yeah I guess there is a good and bad side to it.
