You'll be fine running those games however that is a build I personally wouldn't buy.

What is your budget and currency for a PC?
Do you need monitor, keyboard, mouse?

AMD Athlon X4 860K = Outdated CPU

Aerocool VS-92 White = Aids

EVGA 500W = Probably a shit storm of a unit

You can get A LOT better for your money.

You won't have to worry about lowering settings... Put it that way.

If you want benchmarks, use Google.

Save more money. Not worth compromising on quality of parts to have a nice casse.

save another £30 and get a nzxt s340. You would also want a atx mobo in it so its doesnt look silly.

I don't need to save really I just have a budget of £400-500 so it doesn't get silly as I'm not a hardcore gamer

860k is not an "outdated CPU" by any means. It's not even a year old yet. The 860k is newer than even the 4460, which is an updated 4440. The 4440 was released over a year before the 860k. 860k is similar to i3 performance, but with 4 true cores. 860k will be fine. The 960 however, is a poor choice considering the AMD equivalent out-performs it. R9 280/285/280x/380 would be a better choice(in that order).
