You need staff, so it's a new server?

I have experience running my own Factions server(s) and being successful at it. I'm also a pretty good builder, what do you need built?

PvP Arena, Spawn(s), Shop, etc...?
What theme are you building in? Gothic, Medieval, Modern, etc...?
