So when I open up Imgburn and start to write/burn the disk it gets to like 11-12% and I get a I/O error. Can anyone help me?

Yeah I watched that one already and it didn't work... Nothing seems to work, I burnt a few isos years ago with no problem but now I can't..

Depends on the size of the disc itself. Most discs come in 4-5gb. WAW is around 7 I believe.
