I really really doubt anyone will know but everytime an iPhone gets a text message and makes the ding noise my dog runs upstairs and back down and I really have no idea why

I doubt it when the door bell goes both dogs run to the door All excited but he just goes up on his own

My dog does the same thing as he gets really excited some times.

Why does my dog feel compelled to sit at the door and make throat noises every time someone closes a car door outside?
