would it be better to get a new cpu with intergrated graphics?

What you have meets minimum requirement if you're okay with playing on low setting then you'll be fine. Obviously, a newer cpu would help though. The one you have is socket LGA 775, so you'd need a new motherboard if you want a more modern cpu.

CPU is way too old and slow, sorry but $100 Gaming Computer is impossible, even with several parts from an old build.

don't get Intel HD 4600 integrated I have to lower the settings for 60fps
you might need to save/add extra $$$
recommend budget GPU
GTX 750, GTX 750TI, GTX 750TI SC
-these GPU minimum PSU is only 300watts
budget PSU try google
I'm currently saving money for these GPU

GT 730 is a good choice... I went with it and I don't regret it at all.... Tho my cpu is a PoS and hold's it back, same with my MB only having a PCIE x8 slot..... the GT 730 can run battlefield on medium to high setting at an avg of 35-40 fps.... I would get a better Cpu tho, my Amd athlon x2 II 220 @2.8Ghz is slow, even after a OC to 3.2 Ghz..... Get a pentium g3258, and a Better Mobo.... it would make it a $200 build but it's be worth it
